WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES PangeaCase COLLECT?
When you order a product from our website or affiliated online retailer, we will need to process information such as your shipping address, billing address name, and email address. If you sign up to our mailing list, we’ll collect similar information to give you relevant details on offers, competitions, and just general news that you might find interesting.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FAIL TO PROVIDE NECESSARY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

The vast majority of the personal information we collect allows us to deliver your product to you and ensure that if any issues arise we can solve them with you, your courier, or within PangeaCase. As our case come with a 3months warranty, we also store some personal data to be able to verify that you have purchased one of our cases and are eligible for the warranty.
We will also use personal data to keep you posted on PangeaCase latest product announcements, company updates, upcoming events, or ask for ratings and reviews. You can opt in to our mailing list by clicking the relevant tick-box at checkout. If you opt in and then change your mind, you can opt out at any time by , or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of our emails.
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our products, terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with PangeaCase, you cannot opt out of receiving these communications. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
PangeaCase takes the security of your personal information seriously. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for encrypting data in transit. At rest (i.e. when not transferring it), we encrypt your data. When your personal data is stored by us, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. Online data is stored in encrypted form including when we utilize third-party storage.
When posting about PangeaCase in a chat room or social networking service, the personal information and content you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to share or submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and email address in a Facebook or Twitter posting, that information is public.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

When a privacy question or access/download request is received we have a team which triages the contacts and seeks to address the specific concern or query which you are seeking to raise. Where your issue may be more substantive in nature, more information may be sought from you. All such substantive contacts receive a response.
